Secluded along the beautiful Atlantic shoreline among picturesque live oaks and pines lies The Golf Club of Amelia Island. For small- to medium-sized groups, The Club offers an ideal setting for corporate events and meetings. With the Executive Retreat Center and The Clubhouse itself, we offer a restful atmosphere with plenty of activities and amenities to make any event seem more like a gift than an obligation.

THE EXECUTIVE RETREAT CENTER
The Golf Club of Amelia Island’s Executive Retreat Center is the region’s premier private meeting facility and offers 2,200 square feet of multifaceted space that can be used for meetings or banquets. Designed to facilitate one meeting at a time, the center allows each group to experience an exclusivity that helps them maximize the performance of attendees in reaching their goals. A pre-function area allows for food and beverage service separate from the meeting or a limited-display area. In-house audiovisual equipment is available, along with teleconferencing capability.

The meeting room will accommodate up to 84 people seated theater-style or 54 in classroom-style. While most of our groups choose to have their meal functions in the Fireplace Room of The Golf Club of Amelia Island, we can also accommodate meal functions in the Retreat.

THE GOLF CLUBHOUSE
The Golf Club of Amelia Island’s offers a unique combination of outstanding amenities and well-appointed spaces to our clients.

The Clubhouse, with beautiful views of the award-winning golf course, houses The Fireplace Room, the largest of it’s indoor rooms. It also has the Club Dining Room, Tee Room and Club Terrace for smaller parties or break-out lunches.

The Beach Club, with spectacular ocean views, can adequately accommodate up to 250 guests for any occasion.

Off the clock, you and your guests can enjoy Breakfast, Lunch and our Famous Sunday Brunch in The Club Dining Room at The Golf Club of Amelia Island. For summer fare, our Beach Club Café offers a variety of lunch selections poolside as well.

GOLF
The 18-hole championship course is located adjacent to our Ocean Place development. Designed by Mark McCumber and Gene Littler, the course presents players with the ultimate in pure golfing pleasure. Taking full advantage of the wide varieties of natural terrain, the course winds through the natural beauty of Amelia Island, offering views that are both spectacular and charming.

A complete range of amenities and services is available. The pro shop is always well stocked with the latest apparel, equipment and accessories for both the beginner and the most experienced golfer. And our outstanding staff of golf professionals is always ready to help our guests improve their game.

We offer daily, weekly and bi-weekly lessons and clinics, and the driving range open daily for your use. And, if by chance you forget your clubs, the pro shop offers top-of-the-line rentals in both right- and left-handed sets.

Discounted individual golf rounds and golf packages for two or more people are offered to our rental guests. Night Glo and group golf tournaments are available.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
After the meetings are over, there is an abundance of things to do on Amelia Island. The ocean, of course, provides relaxation, sunbathing and swimming for everyone. For the outdoor enthusiast, nature tours, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, kayaking and surfing are just some of the numerous activities here on the island. Also, with its rich history and stunning architecture, Amelia Island boasts an historic downtown with eclectic shops as well as a multitude of stores nestled off the road, beneath the towering oaks. A mixture of dining options, from casual to fine, is offered both on the inner island and on its coast.
